Schipper CertPers guarantees personnel certification at the highest level.

Schipper CertPers UG offers SCC personnel certifications (Safety Certificate Contractors) for operational employees and supervisors at the operational level. These certifications fall under the SGU Personal VAZ 2021 area and cover health protection, occupational safety, and environmental protection (HSE).

Introduction and history

In German industry, particularly in refineries, chemical plants, power plants, and steelworks, contractors for technical services and temporary workers from personnel service providers are employed. Contractors are companies that provide specific technical services or work for their clients based on a service or work contract. Personnel service providers are companies that lease personnel to other companies and carry out work there in accordance with the Temporary Employment Act.

Through their company management and the conduct of their employees, contractors and the staff they provide have a significant impact on their clients' HSE standards and thus also on their quality standards. For this reason, industrial companies audit the HSE management systems of contractors and personnel service providers.

Scope

The scope of the SGU (HSE) Personnel certification program includes the certification of operational personnel of contractors and personnel service providers in the SGU (HSE) sector.

The program distinguishes between two qualification levels:

Operationel employees according to document 018 of the SGU-Personal-VAZ 2021
Supervisors at the operational level according to document 017 of the SGU-Personal-VAZ 2021

Confirmation of conformity with the specific certification program and the requirements specified therein based on ISO/IEC 17024 is achieved by issuing a certificate.

The certificates are not subject to monitoring and are generally valid for 5 years.

SCC/SGU (HSE) training courses are conducted by recognized training centers.

As a personnel certification body accredited by DAkkS (German Accreditation Body) according to DIN EN ISO/IEC 17024:2012, we offer the highest quality and reliability in the field of personnel certification.

Die schriftliche Prüfung wird in Räumlichkeiten unserer Zertifizierungsstelle oder vor Ort beim Kunden (Inhouse) durchgeführt.

The written examination is conducted on the premises of our certification body or on-site at the customer’s premises (in-house).

Examination dates can be scheduled at short notice by prior arrangement.
