The examination for operational employees according to document 016 (not recognized everywhere because it is not accredited!) and according to document 018 contains 40 questions, of which 28 questions must be answered correctly.
The exam for operational-level managers according to Document 017 consists of 70 questions, of which 49 must be answered correctly. The written exam is conducted at the certification body's premises or on-site at the client's premises (in-house).
Examination dates can be scheduled at short notice by prior arrangement.
